Due to much problems and issues with the phone order process, we have started a new Phone Order Policy to satisfy and better serve our valued customers. Please provide your name and phone number to open an account with us before start making phone orders. If we don’t have any record of your account, we apologize, but we CANNOT take your phone order. If you want to open an account to start making phone orders, please follow the steps shown below. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The following is a simple four-step process to open an account with us to start making orders.
1. You must first come in to our restaurant and make the purchase in the restaurant.
2. Please tell us that you want to open an account for the future phone orders.
3. Please provide us with your full name and valid phone number.
4. Start making orders over the phone
** You must update your account with the new phone number if the number is changed. **
When making the phone orders, please be informed of the following:
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare the food. Please be mindful that it may take longer than usual when placing large orders. There may also be some delays during special events, such as Super Bowl, when the orders are lined up. When placing large orders, please ask us how long it will take and must be prepaid in advance.
You can NOT use other people’s account. If you must use other person’s account because you currently don’t have an account with us, the account holder must be present during the phone order. You can open your own account when picking up the order. If any problem exists with the phone order by using other person’s account, both the account holder and the person making the order will be responsible.
